Labor Amendment Act, Act 11 of 2023.

Kindly take note of some changes that were made under the Labour Amendment Act, Act 11 of 2023. These include changes in the definition of forced labor, obligations on the employer to pay equal salaries to employees regardless of gender, changes to the law on termination of employment, and as well as changes in the retrenchment law.
